Slider Hamburger Helper

This set is designed for easy shaping of square burger patties for sliders.The first item is the mold, which will help you shape your patty and maintain a good size that will closely match a slider bun after cooking (since it shrinks slightly).The second item is an optional plate with five holes. You can place it on top of the mold after you've formed the patty in it. Poking holes in the patties using the plate as a guide will help to get a more even cook if you are steaming your patties (White Castle style). Personally I use chopsticks to make the holes, you can use whatever works.
