Slider Task Reminder V2 Top Plate

This is a new version of the Top Plate for [Slider Task Reminder V2 AM/PM](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2332208). Use the Customizer or OpenScad to change the size and text of the plate.

I've had several requests to make the Task Reminder wider to allow for longer descriptions. You will also need to increase the width of the Bottom Plate to match. Just increase the widths of both plates by the same amount and everything will line up. You will also need to play around with the positioning of the text.
