Sliding BLTouch Mount

I remixed the BL Touch mount so that it slides up and down instead of depending on the spring which presents a challenge as there is a small height difference between the BL Touch vs 3D Touch clones.


10/12/2020: I also updated this with a "Mirror image" which may give a small clearance required if using this with the original Tronxy shield.
