Sliding Door Lock Hinge

This hinge allows you to lock the sliding door of your VW Grand California from the inside while you're inside the camper. Simply fold down the latch. When not in use, it can be folded up on the left side and secured with a magnet. The hinge is designed for a 25 x 25 x 1.5 mm square aluminum tube. Hinge part B is inserted into the aluminum tube and glued in place. The counterpart, hinge part A, is mounted to the left of the sliding door at the bottom. There are two versions of hinge part A: A1 for gluing and A2 for screwing. The length of the aluminum tube should be measured inside the motorhome and fitted with an end plug to protect the interior from scratches.
