this blocks the switch frojm being moved.
you can slide the slide sideways to allow the switch to be moved to either position, up or down, then slide the slide back into position to block it from being moved.
assemble the slide into the slide rame before fastening the slide frame assembly onto light switch plate, using the light switch plate screws.
needs very tiny amount of supports.
