A simple mount and sliding flag.
The mount/bracket was designed around stainless steel self tapping screws and 1" wide clear 3M VHB double sided tape. There will need to be some adjustment with whatever mounting process you choose.
This may not be a permanent option depending on UV damage over time, though it should hold up to temperature and snow plow snow with proper material and mounting options.
I went with PETG filament and the aforementioned mounting screws and tape.
