Slightly improved Peg board Multmeter Holder

Modifed OpenSCAD file to allow arbitrary width (not necessary to use inch integer units - peg locations will be rounded to nearest inch to fit properly) and properly respect depth adjustment (Y).

Just measure your meter's width, add 1, and put it in Xdim. Measure your meter's thickness, and put that in as Ydim.
