Slim optical drive adapters

Cleaned up and simplified from an older remix.

Just didn't like that the drive had to be taped down, much preferred the full length design and the ability to screw it down.

Currently using a slightly older revision of the 12.7mm design, with a shim to use a spare 9.5mm blu-ray in my PC.

Screw holes on the 12.7mm design are slightly off and needed to be cleaned up to fit a 12.7mm drive, 9.5mm should be fine, but as of posting I haven't hat a chance to try printing.
