Slim Raspberry Pi High Quality Camera Case

### Slim version of my other casing for a Raspberry Pi Zero (W) with the new High Quality Camera V1.0.
This case is designed to securely house a Pi Zero with a CPU cooler. Access to the GPIO ports ist mostly possible.
The original 1/4" UNC mount of the camera module is retained and all internal parts are mounted without screws.
The case can be screwed shut with two 3mm sheet metal screws. (Screw head diameter max. 6mm)
There are several .stl files for the bottom shell:
- with access only to the OTG port
- with access to both USB ports
- with access to all ports
There are also some versions with a larger lens hole for slightly bigger C-mount lenses.
Those are conveniently name `*_big_hole.stl`.
The original purpose was to use this as a UVC webcam appliance via USB OTG. To set this up I recommend the following tutorial by David Hunt:
