Slim wallet /card case

In order to skip the whole issue with inserting the ejector, I decided to redesign @aljaztitoric otherwise excellent slim wallet.

This means that you need to glue the case together, but it also makes it easier to insert the ejector and the side latch. My experiments show that you only need one side latch. I've been using this daily for a couple of months at the time of writing, and works well.

I also rounded the ejector to make it less of a card-catapult.
