A simple adapter to allow arrows to be loosed from a slingshot of the tube-band type commonly found in large retail outlets. It has a 10mm hole on the top of the handle where you could presumably store extra shot. Instead you can insert this very simple device and have an arrow rest. Remember to point the guard-feather, cock-feather, or odd colored fletching (whatever you call it where you are) upward. I have also read (and confirmed) that tying a bit of paracord across the basket, pouch, leather bit, (whatever you call it where you are) to nock the arrow onto is a great help. It is not easy or intuitive to use this, and the arrow will fall off sometimes, so be careful and use shafts long enough that it wont fall down and shove through your hand. This is the easiest, and cheapest solution. Not the best. That would be a whisker biscuit on the end of rod. But then you are paying for that.
