Designed for 15A slip ring which can be purchased off ebay, Raspberry Pi, Raspberry Pi camera, DC motor driver, two DC motors and voltage regulator. Main bearing is a 6009A-2Z, 75mm OD, 45mm ID, 16mm width.
Power can be fed into the stationary based to power the moving components through the slip ring, allowing for full continuous 360deg rotation.
The motors are up for debate.
