I designed this for the cold months we all tend to get out the crawlers. This is designed to fit a sweatshirt pocket and controlled with one hand easily. I cant say its as comfortable as the stock controller but its crazy how small its all packed together. I spent a week on this stupid thing, PLEASE NOTE: youll notice the with the trigger and steering switch installed, it sticks out past the trigger model, use a dremel and trim the plastic from the switches to meet the model plastic so it slides into the controller easily. You will also need to extend the wires. I tried to make it work but it wasn't possible without it looking like a brick. use any small lipo in the battery terminal. the small connectors from 2s batteries work good without modification. battery fits freely above PCB… you can also print a AA or AAA box and toss it in there, instead of lipo. screw holes for PCB hatch are .150 they are half filled for extra bite. i kept stripping them with excessive access.. wires for
