Slug Barrier

This is a slug barrier designed to keep bugs, mainly slugs, from eating your vegetable. There are 3 parts to this barrier. The trough, the "Hanover Slug Fence", and the spikes. The trough is the main barrier because it can be filled with salt or beer. Beer will attract the slugs and they drown in it. Salt will keep slugs away due to dessication upon contact. The "Hanover Slug Fence" keeps slugs from climbing over as well as keeps water out of the trough. The spikes cut slugs. In actual product, the spikes would be more dense like mesh wire. I imagine the trough is all that is necessary and the other measures are superfluous. This is all theory and prototyping has not begun yet.
