Small 150A busbar

A small busbar for 150A build with a LifePO4 bar of 90mm long, 20mm width and 2mm high.

Print all 5 parts with minimum 30% infill.
For the 2nd one you do not need to print the template again.
Use the template to drill the holes in your bar. First with a 3mm drill bit then with a 6mm drill bit.

It is create for 6mm bolts.
3 6mm bolt with 12mm tread length and 2 with 20mm tread.

It used 3mm bolts 10mm length to mount the bar to the base.
7 nuts are used, 5 for mounting the lugs and 2 in the knob to secure the cover.

I used PETG to print it, ABS will also work good. Use max. 100A with PLA.
