Small desk cable manager.

Hello all, this is a simple small cable manager for those who have cables directly under the desk and grab them from the front. Sometimes it can be annoying picking them up. This cable manager should handle most cable widths, when the cable is straight there is movement, but whenever it turns/folds, it usually stays in place.
