Small Gear 22 Teeth

I sometimes need a replacement gear without paying for the entire kit. The entire kit sometimes can cost $20 when I only need the gear (which isn't sold separately) so I made my own. I'm still work-shopping this model for precise fit and durability.

Do not use parts like this on products that have an active warranty as it may void your license.

While I use a Layer-Height of .12mm I use a First Layer Height of .24 with a 4mm Nozzle. I print very slow in Cura using only 10mm/s to really let that detail of the tips of the gears form.

I used a Nozzle temperature of around 220 degrees Fahrenheit for the Hatchbox variety.
