When I created the previous version of the lattice roller for cutting dough, I never imagined it would become so popular among baking enthusiasts. In practice, the Lattice Roller Cutter turned out to be an incredibly useful tool. Inspired by this type of baking, I recalled Fornetti-style pastries with various fillings, which also feature a fine lattice since the items are baked separately from one another.   This tool is designed to create a narrow lattice with a trimmed edge. It cuts strips of dough with three rows of slits, and the outer blades trim the edges. Those passionate about baking will immediately see its purpose, while those who prefer store-bought pastries may not need such details.   The assembly is similar to the previous model, so I’ll simply reiterate the same instructions. The main difference? Fewer blades.   The tool comprises five main parts: Three handle elements and four M3 screws, Roller blades (3+2 end blades) and a starting washer, Rotating axle (M4 threaded rod), Butterfly screws or cap nuts, along with M4 nylon washers. Assembly is straightforward: stack the roller blades using the grooves, secure them with the threaded rod, and attach the handle with four 10 mm M3 screws. Within minutes, the tool is ready to use.   With the Small Lattice Roller Cutter, baking becomes faster and more enjoyable. The dough lattice looks flawless, adding elegance to homemade creations. Besides traditional pies, you can experiment with tartlets, bread decorations, or savory pastries.   While this tool isn’t a groundbreaking invention, it simplifies life for those who appreciate tasty and beautiful food. Most importantly, it makes the process engaging and inspiring. The kitchen becomes a place where everyone can be an artist.   However, remember that baking — like all delicious things — tends to disappear from the plate quickly, especially if you have a sweet tooth.   If you’re prone to overeating or concerned about your health, keep in mind that even the most
