Small/Medium Modular Birdhouse

This is my first attempt at a small/medium, modular birdhouse, originally intended to be used as a wren house, and initially requested by my sister. The house consists of four main parts: base, main body, top, which are screwed together and a perch. The perch is a press fit, so some sanding/trimming of it may be necessary for a proper fit. Also included are variants for the base, main body and top that include mounting holes and a hanging ring. It was designed to be modular so that in the event that one part might get damaged for whatever reason, you only need to reprint the individual part, not the whole
house.
