Small pill splitter + twist lock container

Design goals: use small blade (Bambu A1 filament cutting blade)combine with pill capsuleeasy to carry in pocketSAFE - I wanted something my kids wouldn't find and cut themselves on Cutter is designed for a 6mm diameter pill, Onshape link below if anyone wants to remix for a larger pill.
