Small Radius Sanding Block

All, I had a need for a sanding block or other tool that could give me a radius of 0.63 inches on a block of wood. I do not own many tools and I though that 3d printing one would be my best bet as I could easily design it and just let machine do most of the work.

My intent was for the sand paper to be glued with a light tact adhesive then replaced as necessary. I am on a bit of a time crunch otherwise I would have included a locking mechanism for the sand paper.

I have attached both the STL and STEP files for this project so if you like the design but the radius is too big or small for you then feel free to change it as you need.
