Small Sanding Block

A small sanding block that easy to load (you don't need 3 hands). Uses a paper size 110x90mm. Print settings:- 0.20mm layer height 3 Walls / perimeters The base should have an extra layer or 2 depending on how long and hard you plan to use it for. The handle could be printed stand up without supports and as I did, lying flat with tree supports. I used ABS for all parts and the fits were perfect, if you have trouble with the nut being too tight you can scale it to 101% in X&Y only and reprint it. I used a drywall screw in the base to make the threaded part stronger, PETG probably won't need it but ABS does.
