Small Table Top Vice

UPDATE: Printed and finished, turned out awesome!

Couple notes to guide your success:
1: The bolts are scaled at 100% to their corresponding holes in the .STL file. I did this due to differing shrink factors for different filaments and printers. I printed mine in 3dMars plain white PLA.

Bolts were printed vertically with the knobs on the print surface, .06 layer height, .08 walls, 50% fill, 50mm/s speed, 210C extruder and 60C bed temp. I also used an additional cooling fan (desk fan) which seemed to help with thread definition.

In addition, I scaled the bolts at .95 on the X & Y axis, with the Z at 100%, which required very minimal fitting for a tight, smooth threading. (mostly had to file the openings on the vice body and sliding jaw, bolts were fine)

I designed this simple table top vice in Tinkercad to have a useful tool for working with small objects. Mine is still printing, so I cannot yet comment on the performance of the vice, but this is my first big design, s
