Small wall thickness test prints that also have some small features that can be scrutinized to see how they affect the walls, to help design decisions for feature thicknesses and feature transitions when you need tighter tolerances.
WallPrintTest.STL is designed with 0.5mm, 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm and 3.0mm walls. WallPrintTestThin.STL is designed with 0.6mm, 0.7mm, 0.8mm, 0.9mm, 1.0mm and 1.25mm walls. Both tests have a 2.0mm wall intersecting all the other walls at 90º.
Depending on settings, the thinnest walls may be dropped by your slicer. Using Cura with a TAZ 6 caused the 0.5mm wall (on WallPrintTest.STL - the one on the left in the photo) not to print, but all other walls (o.6mm and up) printed in both files.
By comparing the thickness of the printed walls with the designed thickness, you can get a good idea of how much wider the print will be than the designed size, and adjust your design to produce more accurately sized prints.
