Small zip tie screw mount

I wanted a smaller version for tiny wood screws (5mm wide phillips head, 3mm wide shaft (including threads), 7.7mm long) and small zip ties.

The wood screws came from a package of aluminum LED tracks, meant to fasten the thin metal clips for mounting the tracks.

This is to fasten and organize under-cabinet LED lighting cables, so small zip ties were desired.

As with the original version, this should be printed with the screw taper facing up.
