SMARS bot Holder

This is a holder for the SMARS modular robot (Thing: 2662828). This holder allows the wheels to run freely while working with/programming the robot. I found that having the robot suspended with the wheels free to move, allowed me to test the programming with minimal moving of the robot and avoiding the startling lurching of the robot off the work bench.
