Smart Drive Dial Bracket

This is a bracket for a Permobil Smart Drive Dial. Any PETG is recommended for the bracket itself and any 95 A TPU is recommended for the spacer. There are parametric inputs for wheelchair tube diameter and height of the dial from the top edge of the wheelchair tube. Inputs are in millimeters. 31.75mm = 1 1/4"in tube like TiLite Z, ZR, ZRA. 34.925mm = 1 3/8in like Ki Rogue 2, XP. The 2mm thick TPU spacer can be substituted with any ~2mm thick rubber strip that's around 35mm wide. Without a TPU spacer or rubber strip, the bracket will not work. Maker world's parametric model generator requires that the bracket and TPU strip be in separate files. Make sure the diameter you use for the bracket matches the diameter you use for the TPU strip. The bracket requires two M5x25 screws, washers and nuts. To mount the dial to the bracket, use the same M4 screw that was used to attach the dial to the OEM bracket.
