Smart Filament Runout sensor

I have remixed this excellent Smart sensor design to fit on an Ender 3 V2 modified for Direct Drive inside a Lack enclosure.

Changes:
* Made the housing in two parts to make assembly easier
* Added a mounting bracket to screw into a T-Nut in the Ender top frame
* Removed the cover since it's mounted in an enclosure
