I designed a general use smartphone caddy that can easily attach to a mount via a notch. The caddy fits most smartphones and was initially designed to hold a LG-G6 smartphone, for the use of Octoprint on my old Robo3D R1+. There is a charging port on the bottom of the caddy, and the holder slots into the mount and is held in by gravity. The mount was specifically designed to slide onto the arm of a Robo3D R1+ case, in a similar manner to how its filament spool holder was designed, but this mount can be changed or easily mimicked to integrate the caddy. All one really needs is to include an easy notch slot into whatever they desire to be their phone mount.
