SMD component container, connectable

This is a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2609754 which is modified as follows:
- 12 units will now fit a standard component drawer
- Height is increased
- The lid is printed with a support to be pulled off after printing. This makes it printable with lid top up, giving a nice surface. (My 3D printer gives crappy surface on the build plate side).

There is a version of the container without end knob, needed to fit 12 pcs in a drawer.

Use a piece of filament thread as hinge.
