SMD Component Organizer

Summary
------------
This SMD Component holder/box system was inspired by several other SMD storage projects (Links at the end).

Overview
------------
A SMD component storage system that consists of two printable parts:
1. The component holder. Holds a "tape" of up to 100 SMD components.
2. Organizer rack. Organizes the component holders into logical racks (e.g. One E-Series per rack, or 1 Project per rack).

Main design goals for my design was
------------
- A system that works well with prototyping and small projects
- Zero-effort "installation"
- Easy to dispense components
- Easy organization / overview of components
- No risk of having components "spill out"
- Easy to print, No additional screws/etc

Printing Instructions
------------
You'll need a decently tuned printer in order for the holder to fit well onto the rack.
Recommend you follow the following procedure for printing:
1. Print 1 holder
2. Print the "Rail-Test-XYFit"
3. Check that the holder sna
