SMD Feeder

This SMD feeder is for those that have resistor and capacitor "books" of components and do small quantities of boards. I tried several others and either had problems printing without supports or it was way too large for the small strips of components. The feeder has both a open window for grabbing the components and another window for extracting the cover film. One side of each feeder is open, so the feeder next to it or the stop block will create the other side.

All of the prints can be done without supports. I included 2 feeder bases, one of 200 mm length (basically the extent of my printer bed) and 100 mm for small jobs or a few extra components. The feeders do need to be rotated on the print bed so the open side is up to eliminate supports. The edges of the feeder bases and the feeders are sloped so no supports are needed. There are 3 sizes of feeders, 8mm wide x 1 mm thick, 12mm x 2.5mm, and 16mm x 3mm. The stop block and threaded pins are used to secure the feeders on t
