Print and assemble without any external parts!
Stackable and flush design. Notch at the front to open the snap holder.
Tight fit and clearances, shaking the box with SMD parts inside won't make them move out of their compartments.
2 parts: main box and lid.
For the hinge use your spool filament. (1.75mm)
FreeCAD source files are also included for your own remixes.
How to use these as modular components for a larger box:
In your slicer copy-paste the main box STL multiple times with 12.2mm offset so they stand side-by-side. Box width is actually 13mm but by using 12.2mm we are making the boxes share their "internal" walls.
If there is a lot of friction between lid and body, scale the Z axis of the lid to 99% in your slicer (should affect the width if you are printing the lid properly on its side as shown in image).
