Scale up as needed. This one is sized for 100% or 1:1 but I have only printed at 150% and 200% because the models I printed were at the same scale factor. 100% may be a little small to print and keep the detail of the smile. Note that this is not the movie accurate sticker, to be honest it was done on a quick whim as a test, and it turned out so well that I just kept it....
