Smiley Train Centerpiece

A table centerpiece for a celebration event at one of my wife's organizations. For the life of me, I can't remember what they were celebrating. I just remember they were all about smiles and trains. So, I thought, “hey, this could be fun”. I know that I printed and assembled 14 of these.
