Merge the 2 * stl for dual extrusion print

just use smilie_2.stl for the face alone
or
print individually and force the parts together
In the picture of the print I printed the 2 parts individually in PLA and used some gentle persuasion with a rubber mallet - some sanding - and some flame polishing.
