This cap means business. Whether you're the pitmaster of the backyard or just love meat and smoke, this design brings BBQ pride front and center. Using a 10W laser module on the Bambu Lab H2D, I engraved this graphic into a black PU leather patch, which turned a beautiful metallic silver after etching — no paint, no tricks, just laser magic. 🧢 Materials Used Black PU leather patch Blank dark navy cap Bambu Lab H2D (10W diode laser) Design file format: .lac 🛠️ Process Design prep: Designed in Bambu Suite. Laser engraving: The PU patch was engraved at standard settings for the material in Bambu suite. PU Patch black . (Measure the actual height before engraving and then take the snapshot for alignment). The silver/metallic finish appears naturally after the burn. It really pops! Finishing: Patch was ironed onto the cap with at approx. 160 C.
