Smooth Ear Saver

I was printing bands for a friend that was handing them out to co-workers. He mentioned that the edges were sharp-enough that they dug into the skin. So... this remix rounds all the top edges and reduces corners. It also removes the thicker section in the middle of the band so the entire band is the same thickness.
When worn with the top layer against the head, it's more comfortable than the typical square versions. (Assuming your printer settings leave a pretty smooth top layer.)

The design is very flexible (even with PLA) and lightweight because it's only 0.8mm thick. It also uses minimal material thanks to all the holes from the original design.

Just like the original, I've included the Fusion 360 file.

I printed at 0.2mm layer thickness with two perimeters. All four layers are solid infill.
