Smoother Impossible passthrough

Most impossible pass throughs are a bit rough and you can feel each layer while you play with it. This one is smoother and more satisfying to play with, it's worth the extra print time. If you have a 0.2 mm nozzle, you can print my other model that is much quieter and even smoother than this one.
