SMW Fixture Plate Plug

These are plugs to go in the 1/2-13 holes of Saunders Machine Works fixture plates.

I printed them in TPU, so they are a nice press fit into the holes.
The cap is flexible enough that you can push down one side of the cap and pry them out without damaging them.

The legs are designed to be 1.2mm wide, which is exactly 2x 0.6mm perimeters with my 0.5mm nozzle. The intention is to avoid slow infill to speed up printing given you need 1000+ of them to fill the fixture plates for a Shapeoko HDM. If you have a different nozzle or extrusion width then you might want to adjust the model

Depending on your printer and settings, you might want to open the file in Fusion360 and adjust the parameters to tweak the diameter/heights to get the right amount of press fit.
