Snakeboard Shock

This is to replace the elastomers on the bottom of a Snakeboard.

I printed mine out of 95a TPU at 50% infill and 2.4mm wall thickness and it seems to work well but you can adjust for your preference.

It is designed to have a 1/4-20 nut imbedded into the print and then got new 1/4-20 flathead bolts to replace the stock Snakeboard bolts. I used 7/16" long but there is room for slightly longer/shorter if that's all you have.

To do this I printed it with the wide area of the base down and used the "pause at height" script in Cura to stop the print after printing the cavity where the nut sits inside the print so I could drop that in and continue the print. I will upload a sectional view so you can see what that profile looks like.
