Snapmaker build plate cover

My office is pretty dusty. Between my working in there every day, the books, the dogs, and the open windows, there's a lot of dust.

If my build plate gets dusty, the prints fail to adhere. I probably should've gotten the enclosure, but I didn't. :-(

I've been covering the build plate with a piece of paper. That works to keep the dust off most of the time, but it's easy to dislodge. A dog or a stray breeze will move it.

So I decided to print a cover for the build plate. The only problem is that it has to be larger than the plate, which means I can't print it on the plate. Or can I?

I broke the part up into four pieces, and added puzzle piece connectors. The connectors are a tight fit, and required precise alignment for assembly. I included a "dimension test" version that prints much faster and with less PLA. I printed 2 of the dimension test pieces just to make sure that everything is lined up properly.
