To be able to use larger spools with a Snapmaker V1.
Printed w/ supports but feel free to try without.
Used Amazon Basics Black PETG at 240/80 (head/bed) with 245/80 for 1st layer and 50% speed for 1st layer as well. Used .3 layer height, 0.4 nozzle (all dimensions are in multiples of those). Just remove the thumb screw from your normal Snapmaker spool holder, slot this one over and put the screw back in. I just used my thumb to screw it back in but if you're struggling you can try loosening the screw that holds the metal+plastic tubes, fit this in and then put the whole set back.
In retrospect I think I'll increase the length slightly as this one fits very close to my filaments but I'll wait until I get a spool that's wider. :) If you want to make it longer either scale just in the Z dimension or edit the OpenScad file and change the variable named "extend", try to use a value that is a multiple of 0.3 if you're using that layer height as I did.
