Snapmaker U1 廉价优雅顶盖方案 / Elegant Openable Lid

网上有各种U1顶盖封箱方案始终觉得不是我想要的，于是配合之前买的折叠四面可开门的收纳箱自己动手造了个我比较满意的。 There are various U1 top cover sealing solutions available online, but none of them felt like what I wanted. So, I used the foldable storage box with four openable sides that I bought earlier and made one myself that I'm quite satisfied with. 一、说明： 1、此增高架需配合四面开门可折叠收纳箱使用，方便开门维护机器。 2、利用增高架侧面空间设置了收纳工具及配件孔位及槽位。 3、零件设计已留0.2mm公差，单个零件最大尺寸设定255mm*25mm以内，方便打印，比较通用。 4、零件已设计支撑，打印切片时无需支撑。  I. Description:  1. This heightening frame needs to be used with a foldable storage box with four openable sides for easy access to maintain the machine.  2. The side space of the heightening frame is utilized to set up holes and slots for storing tools and accessories.  3. A 0.2mm tolerance has been reserved in the part design, and the maximum size of a single part is set within 255mm*25mm, making it easy to print and relatively universal.  4. The parts are designed with supports, so no supports are needed during printing and slicing.    二、注意： 1、耗材：PLA可以打印，建议PETG以上耐温材料打印（万一我后面再给配个主动仓温呢😀）。 2、打印：PETG及以上耐温材料打印时建议板喷胶，天气寒冷地区建议封箱，防止大零件打印时翘边造成零件不平整组装困难。 3、组装：4个主体大件的支撑需用水口钳去除后组装，请看组装指南文件。 4、收纳盒：只适配以下收纳盒，其他款式样式未适配。 II. Notes:  1. Consumables: PLA can be used for printing, but it is recommended to use temperature-resistant materials above PETG (in case I add an active chamber temperature later 😀).  2. Printing: When printing with PETG or above temperature-resistant materials, it is recommended to spray glue on the plate. In cold areas, it is recommended to seal the box to prevent warping of large parts during printing, which may cause uneven parts and difficulty in assembly.  3. Assembly: The supports of the 4 main large parts need to be removed with a水口钳 (sprue cutter) before assembly. Please refer to the assembly guide document.  4. Storage box: Only compatible with the following storage boxes; other styles are not adapted.
