Snow People v2

Remix with articulated hat for both male and female snow people. Revised the rubber band attachment point to allow for a looped rubber band to be threaded through the body parts and hooked over a holding "disk" in bottom. I used a length welding wire in a "U" shape and small loops on the ends to pull both ends of the rubber band through the parts once it was looped around the support bar in the head. There is a small hole in the hats to keep the slicer from adding supports in the hat cavity and it gives access to loop the band around the support bar. A small plug is included to fill in the hole. You could use a small colored bead for a different look. Thanks to 3d-printy for the base designs!
