In Orca slicer, to get fuzzy skin on just the snowman's face and not the hat: Create a modifier cylinder in slicer by right clicking on the head model and selecting "Add modifier". Scale the modifier up like you would a model so that it is big enough for the face and head above the hat then move the modifier so that the head of the lid is in the modifier but not the hat or the brim (neck). Go to "Objects" and highlight the modifier. Underneath that are the parameters for that "object" in the slicer. Turn on fuzzy skin there.
