Me: "I'm going to design and print a soap dish."
Wife: "Why would you do that when you can just go the the 99-cent store and buy one?"
Me: "Because I won't have to leave the house."
5 hours later...
Wife: "I really like that soap dish you printed!"
Me: "Thanks!"
Designed in Cinema 4D with booles, lofts and arrays. C4D file included.
I printed this with Cura on my 'Qidi X-One 2' in white Hatchbox PLA at .03mm with 25% supports for the bottom. The bottom didn't turn out great and I had a lot of stringy crossover on the holes, but nothing an Exacto blade and 80 grit sandpaper can't fix. I probably will not print this again, but if I do, I will probably use 50% support.
