I was inspired by the "Taki Soap Dish" by Thingiverse user @cmar, but I wanted a recessed portion to prevent the soap from sliding out of the dish. I started modeling and eventually it turned into this thing. Stretch it in your slicer to adjust for larger soaps.
You can print SoapDishA.stl for just the dish with a flat bottom. It prints really well with no support, brim, or raft. I used white PLA but I'm sure ABS would work fine with a hot enough bed temp because of the bottom surface area.
If you want, you can optionally print SoapDishB.stl, which is that retaining chin you see in the rendering. This keeps the tray from sliding back away from the edge of the sink, and it gives the runoff water a surface to drain along -leading it into the sink basin. This part can be printed with the flat side down, and then glued to the most forward edge under the soap dish. Self explanatory. I'll probably revisit this and add some sort of indexing feature to make assembly easier.
