Soccer Ball Puzzle

Take regular pentagons and hexagons with one slot right or left to the center of each edge. This way you can get 8 and 14 different pieces, respectively. If we discard pieces with more than four same edges 6 and 10 pieces are left.Two sets of these pieces can be used to construct a soccer ball with matching edges, where R-slots and L-slots fit together. 90 U-profiles are used to connect the pentagons and hexagons at their edges.
