COMPONENTS
- Base: Main structure. Holds up to >200lb of force
- Clips: Six clips are needed to hold the bottle to the launcher
- Collar: Holds clips in place, interfaces with rubber bands
- Tube_Adapter: Forms launch tube interface and O-ring seat
- Launch_Pin: Pin that holds collar in place until launch
- Foot: Three feet, optional, which provide additional stability
